Can I book at short notice?

We can confirm your booking by email which you can print and hand in on arrival. If you do not have access to a printer, simply make a note of your booking reference and quote it on your arrival.

How Secure are the Car Parks?

Off-airport car parks are normally accredited with AA secure car park awards issued by the Police. Most car parks have a combination of security patrols, high level fencing, barriers and CCTV.

Where can I find directions to the hotel or car park on the website?

Full directions are given on each individual parking page within our site, just click here and, for the complete list of Leeds/Bradford hotels, click here or you can find full directions on the booking confirmation that we will email or post to you following booking.

Is there an extra discount for booking more than one car at a time?

All prices quoted are per vehicle and are already at a discounted rate by up to 60% for hotel bookings and 50% for airport parking bookings.

How do I obtain a Vat or Credit/Debit Card receipt?

Call the car park provider you made your booking with - details on our contact us page with your booking reference and they will send you one.

Can I pay by cheque?

Most providers will accept payment and booking by post but please check with the provider first. Send in a letter with your Name, Address, Tel No, Dates and details of product required. (Note that we cannot however guarantee availability of your chosen product by the time your cheque arrives.)

Why is a week calculated as 8 days and two weeks calculated as 15 days?

One day is calculated as a whole or part of day. A Monday to Monday trip is calculated as 8 whole days. Therefore a two week trip would be 15 days inclusive.

What is "Meet and Greet" Parking?

Generally this service is used for airport parking services but Meet and Greet is an additional service to standard secured parking whereby a supplement is paid to be met outside the Terminal by a chauffeur who takes your car to a secure off-airport car park. On your return a chauffeur will have your car waiting for you outside the Terminal. For more details Click Here.

This option is available on the page where you enter your payment details, just click on the box and we will post it to you.
